Randol was a founding partner of C-QUADRAT Asset Management (UK) LLP and is Lead Fund Manager of DUEMME SICAV: C-QUADRAT Global Convertible Plus fund. Prior to C-QUADRAT Asset Management (UK) LLP,
Randol was an Executive Director within the Private Wealth Management Division of Morgan Stanley, London, where as Lead Portfolio Manager of the Global Convertible Funds for both the Morgan Stanley Institutional Management Division (MSIM) and private clients in Europe he was directly responsible for approximately EUR1.3bn of client assets, including the MSIM EUR1.1bn Global Convertible funds. Previously (1998-2000), he was a member of the Institutional Investor’s #1 ranked convertible bond research team within Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Equities Division.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Randol worked as an associate in mergers & acquisitions and private equity for Grupo Financiero Bancomer (GFB) Capital Partners, New York. Randol graduated with Distinction with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cornell University. He holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania). Randol is a CFA charter holder and has 20 years experience in the industry.
Roberto joined C-QUADRAT Asset Management (UK) LLP in 2013 after a extensive experience with Taconic Capital Advisors, one of the most prestigious US based Hedge Funds.
At Taconic, Roberto was responsible for macro trades, portfolio hedges and world-wide systematic risk containment, an expertise crucial to support our Investment Management team.
Roberto has two master degrees in Economics and Finance and a PhD in Economics and Applied Financial Modelling.
Jean-Baptiste joined C-QUADRAT Asset Management (UK) LLP in June 2009 after receiving a Specialized Master degree in Finance from ESCP Europe in Paris and a MSc in Management from IESEG in Lille. Jean-Baptiste focused on investment grade credit during his first years at C-QUADRAT Asset Management (UK) LLP before moving to support the Firm's convertibles team in equity and credit analysis.
In 2013 Jean-Baptiste joined CIO Matteo Pusineri in managing the ESPERIA FUNDS SICAV: C-QUADRAT Asian Bond Opportunities. Jean-Baptiste is a CFA charter holder.
Alberto is Portfolio Manager of the ESPERIA FUNDS SICAV: C-QUADRAT Efficient and of the Steli Fixed Income Opportunities Fund where he works side by side with the CIO Matteo Pusineri. He joined C-QUADRAT Asset Management (UK) LLP in March 2013 as an analyst.
He holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration and Corporate Finance and has graduated with a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance at the Universitá Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan. Alberto attended an exchange program in Hong Kong, where he was enrolled in the Finance Faculty.
Federico is a Risk Analyst supporting the C-QUADRAT Risk Analytics Team monitoring portfolios’ major risk factors and implementing risk measures and control methodologies. He has worked with C-QUADRAT Asset Management (UK) LLP since October 2014.
He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University and graduated "Cum Laude" with a MSc in Finance at Universita' della Svizzera Italiana.
Laetitia has more than 19 years’ experience in the Financial Services, Regulatory and Legal industry. She practised law as a partner at a London City Law firm. Prior to joining C-QUADRAT Asset Management (UK) LLP she was the Chief Legal Counsel, Company Secretary and the Head of a Compliance team at a Global broker and a Hedge Fund based in London.
She has also worked for Goldman Sachs International and Deutsch Bank AG in London. Laetitia holds a Doctorate in Law from the University of South Africa and a MBA degree from Bond University in Australia.
Ralph joined C-QUADRAT Asset Management (UK) LLP in 2005 and has led the Operations function from the outset.
From 2003 to 2005 Ralph was Operations Manager at Aequilibrium Investments Ltd, a Global Macro hedge fund based in London, responsible for booking all trades, performing daily reconciliations versus prime brokers, producing daily P&L estimates, cash management and weekly reconciliation of NAV estimates to the administrator.
From 1998 to 2003 he held the position of Assistant Operations Manager at Park Place Capital Ltd, a London based Equity long/short hedge fund, and from 1987 to 1997 Senior Analyst at HSBC (James Capel & Co). Ralph obtained a B. Tech from the East London Technical College.
Alexander Smith joined C-QUADRAT Asset Management (UK) LLP in October 2011 from Marken Ltd, a leading biopharmaceutical logistics supplier, where he held the position of Group Management Accountant.
Prior to this he worked in the investment management department at Ernst & Young LLP for four years, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Alexander graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of St. Andrews in 2005.
Amar previously worked for a leading Hedge Fund Administrator whom he joined as a graduate spending four and a half years in Financial Services, working with Hedge Funds and large Institutional Clients, where he held the position of Senior Investment Accountant before joining C-QUADRAT Asset Management (UK) LLP.
Amar is an ACCA Part Qualified Accountant and is currently working towards becoming a fully qualified Chartered Accountant. Amar graduated with a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from London Metropolitan University.
Anna joined C-QUADRAT Asset Management (UK) LLP in November 2005 as PA and Office Manager. After obtaining the Diploma in Tourism Studies from “Istituto Tecnico Marco Polo” in Palermo, Anna worked as Legal Secretary/PA for a Law Firm based in Palermo for 15 years.
In July 2000 she moved to London and from 2001 to 2005, she held a role as Senior Client Administrator at an international tax planning company where she managed a portfolio of international High Net Worth client accounts.
